Leverage Bonus Promotion Terms:

Minimum Deposit Amount: USD500 or equivalent *
Leverage Bonus: 50%
Maximum Bonus: USD5,000 or equivalent **
Promotion Term: March 1, 2010 to March 31, 2010

The bonus is a credit and CAN NOT be withdrawn. The bonus is variable and based on the clients net deposit. The bonus is for deposits in all new accounts and existing account holders. Funds transferred between customer’s live accounts do not count as qualifying new deposits for the purposes of the promotion.

The deposit bonus will be automatically withdrawn should the customers equity reach a deficit which is 50% of the Sum of the initial deposit plus bonus. For example, a USD1,000 deposit will qualify for a USD500 bonus for total equity of USD1,500. Should the equity reach USD750 (50% of USD1,500) all positions will be liquidated and the USD500 bonus will be withdrawn from the account. Please note that due to volatile market conditions that may persist, it may not always be possible to liquidate account at exactly 50%. Should this occur, the customer will NOT be responsible for any loss of the bonus.

The deposit bonus is valid for a period of 30 days from the receipt of the bonus. In order for customer to maintain bonus for an additional 30 day period, the customer must execute the equivalent of 10 standard lot round trip trades within the given 30 day period.

Maximum leverage on the promotion is 300:1.

Deposits greater than USD2,000 will maintain a maximum leverage of 200:1.

Deposits greater than USD10,001 will maintain a maximum leverage of 100:1

1. FXPRIMUS reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify and/or withdraw bonus at any time should it be deemed that an individual is tampering with or attempting to tamper with the operation of the Promotion, or breaches the promotion terms or FXPRIMUS’ Terms & Conditions.
2. FXPRIMUS reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Promotion Terms and will notify the customer of these changes by posting the modified terms on the FXPRIMUS website. We recommend you revisit these Promotion Terms regularly and, by your continued use of the FXPRIMUS website and services the customer accepts any such modified terms.
3. All dispute or situation not covered by these Promotion Terms will be resolved by FXPRIMUS’ management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all customers. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. If these Promotion Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the rules shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
5. Each customer is only entitled to a ONE TIME March Madness bonus during the promotion period. Customer would be required to register for the March Madness bonus in the members area. A customer may choose to fund the account more than one time during the promotion month but only the registered deposited amount that matches with the latest single deposit would be used to calculate March Madness bonus.
