SanDisk 4GB Sansa Fuze

I will be doing a review on the SanDisk 4GB Sansa Fuze pretty soon (not 8GB tho) . Once I get my new camera that is. My Old Casio S600 had a major lens problem and I’m still wondering if I should get a Canon or Nikon Coolpix camera……

Proporta Echo Mirrored Screen Protector

I had an iPod Touch 2 months back and I wanted it to stand out from the ones my friends had. Sure it had a black casing but I wanted some cool. Then I saw this on Proporta’s site. The Proporta Echo Mirrored Screen Protector is great for people who are vain and to tell if you boss is hanging behind you during work. Its sturdy and easy to install. It goes for 12.95

The Echo Mirrored Screen Protector protects your Apple iPod touch a treat and offers more than meets the eye. When your iPod touch display is switched on, the Echo acts as a simple (yet brilliant) screen protector, but as soon as your display backlight is switched off, the screen protector acts as a mirror meaning you can look almost as good as your iPod will.

If you have a Nintendo Wii, then you know how irritating it can be when the battery runs out on the Wiiremote. Instead of just using the default AA batteries on the remotes, try to cool Nyko Charge Station for Nintendo Wii. You can charge 2 remotes on the dock and it takes about 45 mins to get a full charge. Once its charged up, it gives about 6 hours of play during my tests since Nov 2007.

Removing and installing the new rechargeable batteries into your Wiimote is very easy. Just pop out the AA batteries, pop in the new rechargeable ones, close the lid and you are done. If you do not have a silicon jacket for your Wiimote, its OK. The grip cover give enough rubbery support even for slippery hands. The charge station goes for $39.99

More on Nyko Charge Station for Nintendo Wii here

Sanyo Eneloop charge station for Nintendo Wii

The new Sanyo Eneloop charge station for Nintendo Wii is the first Nintendo-licensed recharger to come out for gamers and it can charge your Wiimotes in 220 mins. Its sort of a cool gadget since it uses a contact-free electromagnetic system whereby you can leave the battery in during charging. So there’s no need to pull the batteries out and you don’t have to align it correctly to work. Sounds like a good thing to buy since my Nyko Charge Station goes freaky once a while and it does not charge when I plug in the Wiimote at certain angles. Moving it around solves the problem but that makes me work too hard.

Eneloop charging station complete with a battery pack replacement pack for your Wii remote and a charging base that can support as many as four controllers at once. Remotes charge in a respectable 220 minutes and Eneloop will even charge sequentially so you don’t have to wait an extra couple hours for your next Smash Bros fix. Available for $73 as an import item, but we wouldn’t be surprised if this showed up on our shores for powerless gamers this fall.

UPDATE: Confused about why this is important? The new recharger uses a contact-free electromagnetic system so you don’t need to remove your battery pack. Oh – it’s also the first Nintendo-licensed recharger.

Now that there are a million 3G iPhones sold, it will be good to show you guys on how you can keep them looking spanking new. Add a good casing and screen protector, I’d say. Here’s the Maya case from Proporta, my fav mobile stuff company that goes for $ 19.95. It looks kinda classic to me and it would have been better if they plastered Lindsay Lohan’s pic on it. Ha

Now the new 3G iPhone is finally available and out in the big wide world, it’s only right that it is kept fully protected from everyday hazards – but not just any old protection, protection with a touch of style of course. :o )

Great job, Steve Jobs. Apple has sold one million new iPhones over weekend and it would seem that the server problem on Friday did not hamper the spirit of people who want a piece of this new gadget. Its crazy. People camping out in the cold just to be the first. I heard some people in Hong Kong camped for 3 days. Hahaha. Imagine the toilet problem. Well, I won’t be getting one soon until they fix the copy/paste problem. I love my Nokia N95.

The original iPhone, introduced in late June 2007 in the United States only, sold about 270,000 units in its first two days. Sales topped one million by early September. The new device is sold in 21 countries.

“IPhone 3G had a stunning opening weekend,” Apple’s chief executive, Steven P. Jobs, said in a statement.

Steven Hodges, president for the Northeast region for AT&T, Apple’s only carrier in the United States, would not disclose how many iPhones it had sold, but he said the iPhone would be AT&T’s key device for the holiday shopping season this year.

Still, iPhone sales pale compared with those of established mobile phone makers, like Nokia, which sells almost 10 million phones a week, or the Samsung Electronics Company or LG Electronics, which each ship more than 100 million a year.

Nintendo E3 2008

I will be keeping an eye out on the upcoming Engadget & Joystiq live from Nintendo’s E3 2008 keynote. I wanna see what Nintendo is going to dish out this year for us Wii fans.

The always-popular Electronic Entertainment Expo has returned to its roots this year, with the annual game show moving back to the Los Angeles Convention Center after a solo season on the sunny beaches of Santa Monica. Kicking off on July 14 and running through July 17, E3 2008 showcases several of the year’s biggest software titles from the industry’s biggest publishers. In addition, special tie-in events like Gamecock’s BE-3 Initiative and Activision’s offsite press conference will spotlight new software as well.
