Job Description:
The client is seeking a talented and motivated senior C++ engineer to join their development team to work on the design, development and maintenance of high volume C++ applications.
o The successful candidate will be goal oriented and able to work independently. He or she should be able to work well with cross-functional teams.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Must be good enough to communicate with team. Not client-facing.
o Experience with C++, PL/SQL, STL, HTTP, SOAP is required. Knowledge of MFC, Java, Servlets, JDBC, JSP and XML is preferred.

Skills Required:
o The successful candidate will have strong C++, PL/SQL and data analysis skills with solid experience in multi-threaded transactional systems.
o Minimum 7 years commercial programming experience o Minimum 5 years C++ development o Minimum 5 years database design and development (ORACLE preferred) o Minimum 5 years PL/SQL experience o Must have experience with large databases o Working experience with Java, Servlets, JDBC, JSP, XML, HTTP, SOAP is preferred o Must have strong design, documentation and process skills o Must have UNIX and Windows NT/2000/XP development experience
