I was doing some online payment comparisons that could replace Paypal as we Malaysians cant cash out money from Paypal unless we have USA savings accounts. The lowest service charge was from eMoneyGram for USD 800. Their consumer fee is USD 25 for the Economy service. However, if you opt for the eMoneygram Same Day service, it will cost you USD 55 which is much higher than that charged by Ikobo (USD35).
