Japan’s Fuji Photo Film Co. said on Monday it will take over ink dyes supplier Avecia Inkjet Ltd. for 150 million pounds in February 2006. Fuji Photo’s copiers and laser printers business has been supporting the company’s earnings. It said it aims to meet growing demand for ink dyes for home-use ink jet printers through the acquisition.
